I have some very good news for you/your students. AXA, one of the world’s largest companies, is launching a Level 4 Apprenticeship in its Bolton office, meaning that four lucky people who choose not to go to university will study towards becoming an Underwriter, one of the key roles in our profession – in short, the person who decides whether or not to accept a risk presented to them.
The Level 4 Apprenticeship only launched this year, so this is a great opportunity for local students to accelerate their career.
